Title VI Program

As a direct recipient of Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) funding, the Village is required to create and maintain a Title VI Program to ensure that no person on the basis of race, color, national origin, gender, or disability will be excluded from participation or subjected to discrimination in the level of quality of services or related benefits provided by the Village's employees, affiliates, and contractors.  The most recent Title VI Program was adopted June 12, 2025, and is an update to the program adopted in 2016.

Any person believing he or she has been excluded from, denied participation in, denied the benefits of, or otherwise has been subjected to discrimination under any Village of Los Lunas transportation service, program or activity (whether Federally funded or not) due to that person's race, color, national origin, gender, age, disability, economic status, or limited English proficiency has the right to file a complaint.  Complaint procedures and the complaint form can be found on pages 12 - 16 of the Title VI Program document.
