Municipal Court

Overview
The responsibilities for the Village of Los Lunas Municipal Court include:

• Providing adjudication of all violations of all Village Ordinances and criminal offenses
• Arraigning persons cited for Municipal Ordinances violations
• Accepting pleas
• Conducting trials
• Assessing fines and sentences to persons guilty of violating Municipal Ordinances
• Collecting and record fine
• Answering questions related to the function of the court system
• Providing Village Administrators with information from the Court as necessary
