1. Do we need a permit to burn weeds and how much are they?: Yes you need a permit and MUST follow rules on burning , and there is no charge for permit.

2. Is your department paid or volunteer?: We have a combination department consisting of 15 paid and 17 volunteers.

3. How can I be a paid member?: You MUST have a current New Mexico EMT – Basic license

4. How can I become a volunteer firefighter?: You must be 18 years old and reside in the Village of Los Lunas limits.
